What’s a credit?

Credits measure the actual work your agents do. A typical chat message uses about 5 credits, a document about 10 — call it 100 messages or 50 documents on a Team month; long, document-heavy conversations run higher. Documents run heaviest while you build, chat takes over once the agent is working — and when you publish, usage by partners and clients runs on their credits while revenue sharing kicks in for you.
